i/o is known as ( INDUSTRIAL / ORGANISATIONAL ) psychology . Personnel psychology is also known as industrial psychology. this can help the companies for job analysis , training , selection , performance measurement / appraisal. Organisational psychology deals with motivation , work attitudes , leadership as well as structure , culture and processes of organisation.
