pages 1-1,450

pages 1-9 = 9 digits
pages 10-99 = 90*2 = 180 digits
pages 100-999 = 900*3 = 2,700 digits
pages 1000-1450 = 451*4 = 1,804 digits

sum = 4,693 digits
