Sam claims that cos X= sin Y if X and Y are congruent angel. Is dam correct

Congruent angles are angles that have the same magnitude but their orientation and/or size of line forming them may be different. Therefore, the Cosines and Sines are never the same.

For example, Cos 60 = 0.5 while Sin 60 = 0.866.

Sam is wrong.
