None of the choice will match the function: f(x) = 2.

If you graphed this function, it would be a straight horizontal line crossing the y-axis at 2. It is not increasing or decreasing.

The answer to this is B, the function increases at a constant multiplicative rate. I did not have any pictures to represent the table in order to make sure that this is the correct problem. But if the choice answers involve that as letter B, then you have the correct answer! :) have a fantastic day!
