number of total balloons =4+12+14+7=37
probability of green or orange = (green+orange)/all=(7+12)/37=0.5135=51.35%

19/37 because you would add them all up then you would get 37 then you would add the green and orange together and get 19 so then you put that over 37 and get 19/37
