Answer: c. 28.1%

Explanation:

From the given table, Total students = 100

The number of students do not like pink = 32

The probability of selecting a student who do not like pink is given by :-

\text{P(do not like pink)}=(32)/(100)=0.32

The number of students who neither like pink nor black = 9

The probability of selecting a student who neither like pink nor black is given by :-

\text{P(neither pink nor black)}=(32)/(100)=0.32

Now, If a student does not like pink, what is the probability that student also does not like black is given by :-

\textNot pink)=\frac{\text{{P(neither pink nor black)}}}{\text{P(do not like pink)}}\\\\=(0.09)/(0.32)=0.28125

In percent, the required probability =
0.28125*100=28.125\%\approx28.15
