9÷3(7-4) is this 1 or 9?

can somebody help by showing me the correct steps and order to do the problem?

9, because you should multiply by (7-4)

It depends if you multiply or divide by (7-4)

It could be

\frac93(7-4)=3(3)=9

Or it could be

\frac9{3(7-4)}=\frac9{3(3)}=\frac99=1

I think it's 9. I'd divide by 3 and then multiply by (7-4). If I meant to divide by 7-4 I'd write 9÷3÷(7-4)
