Q=(dV)/(dt)=(Adl)/(dt)=A(dl)/(dt)=Av
Where A is the surface is the surface area, l is the length of a cylinder, and v is speed flow.
If we solve the equation for speed flow we get:

v=(Q)/(A)

v=(Q)/( \pi r^2)
When we plug in the numbers we get:
