The slope of the new line would be 12/4.

Slope is the ratio of the rise of a line to its run; in this case, the number of haircuts to the amount of time. In the original line, it is 11/4. Once the new barber is added, it increases by 1 cut every 4 hours, so it becomes 12/4.
