Well you have no table for me to fill in but I can help you :)
Say that on the left side of your chart your x values are 1,2, and 3.
just plug in those x values for x in the equation y=10x+1
so....
x y
-----------
1 y=10(1)+1 = y = 11
------------
2 y = 10(2)+1 = y = 21
-------------
3 y = 10(3)+1 = y = 31
