A) +34.98; +51.02; +51.22; -5.23; -5.22; -7.89

B) -7.89, -5.23, -5.22, +34.98, +51.02, +51.22

C) $216.88

Each positive number can be written with a + before it; deposits add to the account so they are positive. Each negative number is written with a - before it; withdrawals take away from the account so they are negative.

The largest withdrawal will be the smallest number; then the next largest withdrawal, followed by the last withdrawal; then we continue with the smallest deposit, the next larger deposit, and the largest deposit.

We start out with $98; adding 34.98, 51.02 and 51.22 we have 235.22; taking out the withdrawals, 235.22-7.89-5.22-5.23 = 216.88
