Sherine likes to sunbathe for several hours at a time without sunscreen or protective clothing. She says it’s healthy because it increases her vitamin D levels. What advice should Sherine’s healthcare provider give her?

A.)She should only sunbathe from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

B.)Her body does not need vitamin D.

C.)She should take vitamin D supplements instead of sunbathing.

D.)She should rotate often to avoid burning.

The answer should be C. Sunbathing is not good when you don't protect yourself. If Sherine wants Vitamin D, she should just have supplements. Hope this helps!

The answer would be C.) She should take vitamin D supplements instead of sunbathing.

A and B don't make sense, and D wouldn't matter because sun exposure still damages skin even when you aren't burnt. In fact, you should use sunblock every day regardless of weather to prevent melanomas and other kinds of skin problems.

Hope I could help!
