Which worm sometimes uses specialized tentacles to exchange gas and capture food?

There are marine worms who possess tentacles which are used for exchange of gases (taking in oxygen and letting out carbon dioxide) and for capturing food.

Example:

Spaghetti worm is about 12 to 24-inch long found deep in the coral reefs. They possess feeding tentacles that reaches to 3 feet long. They are bluish white sometime pink or purple in colour. Once spaghetti worm finds something to eat on ocean floor, they send out feeding tentacles capture food and bring it to mouth.
