Why do people bully?

Because some people were raised without manners. Some parents let their kids do whatever they want without any consequences, and some parents just plainly don t care about their children.

That's a good question and very simple some people bully because they are jealous. Some people bully because they just want to see your reaction. And some people bully because they have stuff going on in their life and take it out on someone else to make themselves feel better.
