No, because there is 3ft in one yard, so than ?ft in 3 yards would be 3times3 and that would be 9ft, less than, because 3ftimes4yd equals 12,so that is less than 9ft.
So NO!

4 yrds is greater because 4 yards= 12ft and 12 ft is greater than 9ft
