Added up the monthly cost is $2,250 multiplied by 12 (for each month of the year) it would be $27,000. None of the answers would makes sense for the question, it is deficit $240.
Your best guess would be C. it shows deficit of $140

the answer is is balanced I just answered this I thought you have to think of her $60 annual income $850 for a living * 12 months and she has 13 40 for fixed expenses so she's not in a deficit or she doesn't show a deficit all or Surplus is balanced that's the answer d
