This is not a healthy diet.
First of all when veggies are cooked it takes away some (if not all) of the nutrients out of it. And fries are fried in oil which is not good. As for the dairy intake, Ice cream is made out of three thing, sugar cream and eggs. The amount of sugar and other added preservatives in ice cream is not healthy. Baked goods are not sufficient enough to provide the nutrients that the body needs to stay healthy.
