Dehydration of Alcohols yield Alkenes. Depending upon the starting material (alcohols) different alkenes are being formed either by following saytzeff rule or Hoffman rule. In case of Cyclopentanol only one alkene is produced (i.e. Cyclopentene) as shown below.
