On plato its D. I looked at Yahoo and there was an explanation for D.

Answer: H2BO3-(base) and C2O42-(conjugate base)

Explanation: By Bronsted Lowery acid base theory, Base is proton acceptor.

Acid is proton Donor.

And conjugate acid and Base are differed by one proton.

Here H2BO3- accept the proton from HC2O4- and gets converted into H3BO3.
