A graph rating scale is an example of a subject performance measure. A graph rating scale shows the performance message of an employee. This measure will let them know what they are doing well on and where they can improve for the future. It will tell an employer what they are successful with and where they need to help guide them for future assessments.

I believe the answer is: Graph rating scale

Graph rating scale would usually include several aspects of a product on the left side of the graph, and scoring system ranging from very bad , bad, ok, good, and very good. The accumulation of this data would give us a rough idea on how the customers perceive our product.
