Answer: p > 10/-3

Explanation:

1) Remove the whole numbers next to the variable

Add 10 on both sides.

-3p < 10

2) Set x by itself

Divide -3 on both sides. Dividing -3 will flip the operator sign. (Dividing/Multiplying negative number flips the sign)

p > 10/-3
