The answer is A. The injury should be elevated above the heart level to decease swelling. The Ice that is rubbed on the injury prevents swelling, pain and inflammation. After wrapping the injury, it should be elevated because gravity will help the blood to flow away from the injury hence reducing pain, inflammation and swelling. All these stages will help to improve the healing process of the injured area.
