So, let's start with the basics.
One meter is 100 centimeters. Seeing that we have 60 seconds in a minute, and 60 minutes in an hour. The formula would look like this.
(60*60)4
3600*4 = 14400 centimeters
So then we divide it by 100, and
144 meters
