The answer is
D) they ordered the 82nd Airbone Division to report to duty.
The US ordered this division to protect the Pentagon and to save those who are innocent. Members of the “counterculture” included Pacifists. James Rhodes’ order to control the Kent State demonstrations resulted in the strikes on campuses across the U.S.
