Use the Law of Sines to find side b.
b / sin(B) = a / sin(A)

b / sin(32°) = 11 / sin(47°)

b = (sin(32°) x 11) / sin(47°)
<---- You would use this, so rewritten
11(sin(32))/sin(47) would be the expression, or answer B.)

BTW b = 7.970

Hope this helps!
