3y - 6x + 4xy - 2y^2
= 4xy - 2y^2 - 6x + 3y
= (4xy - 2y^2) - (6x - 3y)
= 2y(2x - y) - 3(2x - y)
= (2x - y)(2y - 3)

It can be factored nicely by grouping the x-terms separately from the others.
= 4xy -6x -2y^2 +3y
= 2x(2y -3) -y(2y -3)
= (2x -y)(2y -3)
