To solve this problem you must apply the formula for calculate the speed, which is:
V=d/t
V is the speed.
d is the distance (d=33.48 miles).
t is the time (t=2.7 hours).
Then, when you substitute this values into the formula for calculate the speed, you obtain:
V=d/t
V=33.48 miles/2.7 hours
Therefore, the result is:
V=12.40 miles/hour
