C is not correct. The designs usually represented family history.
A is not correct either. The base was usually elk and deer and a robe of buffalo fur in the winter.
D is actually an explanation for D.
B is probably the answer (another reason for hating multiple guess) although you have to know D in order to pick B. Hair was an acceptable decoration.
