a rectangular photograph is 4 inches wide and 6 inches long. The photograph is enlarged by increasing the length and width by an equal amount. If the area of the new photograph is twice as large as the oringinal area, what are the dimensions of the new photograph?

The original area is
4*6= 24
The new area is 24*2 =48
So the dimensions is 6*8
