Answer: B) quadrant IV; no

After the translation, the triangle stays in quadrant IV. It then reflects over to quadrant I, only to rotate back to quadrant IV again. The size and shape does not change. These transformations are known as "rigid transformations" which preserve segment lengths (aka keep them the same). So the final triangle is congruent to the original triangle. All that has happened is that it has moved around.
