Apparently, any equivalent fraction can go in the Fraction column. For some, we have chosen fractions that have a direct relationship to the decimal equivalent.
1) 4 -(-7) is equivalent to 4 +7 or 7 +4 (selection A)
2) The value of 4 -(-7) is 4 +7 = 11.
