y - 2 = -3x + 12

3x + y = 14

The equation given to us is
y-3=4(x-5). To convert it into
Ax+By=C, we will have to rearrange given equation as:

y-3=4(x-5)

y-3=4x-20

Adding 3 to both sides, we get:

y=4x-20+3

y=4x-17

Now, adding 17 to both sides and subtracting y from both sides we get:

17=4x-y

Or,
4x-y=17

This is in the required form of Ax+By=C, where, A=4, B=-1 and C=17
