For the 1st question:-
that guy moves away from the pole 160 ft.
so the adj= 160 and the angle is 62 degrees.
Tan(62)= opposite/adj = opp/160
opp=160* tan(62) =300.916 which is approximately equal to 301
he moved upward 6 fts so it should be added to the opposite
so the total height is 301+6 = 307 ft

for the 2nd question:-
in order to find the 2 other sides we will do the following
Sin (30 ) =opposite/hyp
opposite= hyp* Sin (30)=12 Sin(30)=6
by the same way
Cos(30) = Adj / hyp
adj = hyp* Cos(30) = 12 Cos(30)=6 sqrt(3)

perimeter= adj+opp+hyp = 6+6 sqrt(3)+12 =18+6 sqrt(3)
