.Stay Active/ Exercise: Hike,jog,sit-ups,squats,stretches
.Eat Healthy: Instead of frying bake your food,grow your own fruits and vegetables avoiding any artificial process, reduce any extra fat when cooking meat,read nutrition labels,be aware when you eat out from hidden fats and portion sizes
MENTAL HEALTH
.Keep Yourself Happy: Take days off, respect yourself,treat yourself, surround yourself with good people, learn to deal with stress
.Clear Your Mind: Get plenty of sleep,set realistic goals,be aware of your emotions its okay to have them,strive for balance,connect with others, find meaning to your goals
