Cost per buffet was $30.80.  $88.00 was the total, spent $26.40 (30%) for parking.  $88.00-$26.40= $61.60 for buffet.  Since there were 2 people, divide $61.60 by 2 and the buffet  for 2 came to $30.80 each.
