Option B is the correct option. According to Benjamin, it is better to live a life in which things are practiced. It is more important to follow something nice or good in your life than telling to others as to what they should do to make their life good. So he makes the point of having a practice of what you preach and hence living a good life is better than telling others how to live a good life.
