Angle A and angle B are alternate exterior angles formed by two parallel lines cut by a transversal.

Find the measure of angle B, if the measure of angle A = 38°

Ok I was confuse first time, but now I understand.
So If Angle A and Angle B are alternate exterior angles, then they are probably equal to each other.
So if measure of angle A=38° then the measure of angle B=38° too.
