x + 3 < 20...subtract 3 from both sides
x < 20 - 3
x < 17....this is saying x is less then 17

none of them satisfy this inequality

** unless ur inequality was : x + 3 < = 20....another words, if it had the equal sign in there, then ur answer would be 17
