Two isotopes of hydrogen fuse to form a neutron plus the larger element that larger element will be Helium, that is having atomic number 2 and mass number 4. This Helium is formed by fusion of two isotope of hydrogen together . The isotope of hydrogen will be deuterium and tritium that formed helium and a neutron. The reaction can be showed in the attached image.
