I've never seen the boxes before, but I believe it's asking for fractions that are equivalent. All you have to do is multiply the top and bottom by the same number.

1. In this question, I multiplied 5 by 2 to get 10and then multiplied 5 by 3 to get 15. I did the same to the 11 to get 22 and 33.
5 10 15
11 22 33

4. This question is the same as the last, but inversed. Instead of having 5 on the top, 11 is on top instead.
11 22 33
5 10 15
