To find the number of divisors, including 1 and m, add 1 to the exponent of each of the prime factors and multiply those sums together.
.. number of divisors = (2 +1)*(1 +1)*(3 +1) = 3*2*4 = 24

When you exclude 1 and m, you have 22 divisors remaining.

Selection D is appropriate.
