Hi. So "D" is the dosage prescribed by the doctor. It is being divided by "H" what you have on hand. Then multiplied by the quantity "Q" or units of the syrup on hand.

D/H * Q
(150 mg)/(15 mg) * (1 mL) = 10 mL of the syrup
