Lin's:
y = 5x + 50
y = 5(14) + 50
y = $120
Max's:
$120
Both cost the same.

Lin's tour costs 5*14 +50 = 70 +50 = 120. Max's tour costs 120.
Neither tour costs less. Both have the same cost.
