Explanation: Eukaryotes along with some prokaryotes also perform the process of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis needs chloroplast and it is also found in some of the prokaryotes.

Prokaryotes are primitive cells but they do have organelles like mitochondria and chloroplast.

Photosynthesis is the process by which glucose is made in the presence of sunlight out of which oxygen is released into the environment and carbon dioxide from the environment is used.
