1) The formula to calculate the work done when moving an object is

W=Fd
where W is the work, F is the force applied to the object, and d is the displacement of the object.

2) Therefore, since we know the force
F=80~Kg/m/s^2=80~N and the displacement
d=1.25~m, we can calculate the work done by each woman:

W=Fd=80~N \cdot 1.25~m = 100~J
