A triangle has 3 sides.
Let x be the shortest side.
X+2x+ 16+x= 164
4x= 164-16
X=148/4
X= 37 so shortest side =37
2x=37•2=74 second side =74
16+x=37+16=53 third side =53
Check 37+74+53=164 ✔️
