its unhealthy because its hot and ther's a lot of sand and when you sweat the sand can get stuck on you,every one feels fatigue.Im not sure if i confused you

The North African desert at noon can be an uncomfortable place for humans because since noon is generally the hottest time of day, humans can suffer from sicknesses; including fatigue.
