The range of a function is all of the Y values. If there are no matching X values, then the relation is a function
The Y values are the second numbers in the parenthesis, so the range is {4,6,5,7,5} As you can see, there are two 5's that occur, but there are no duplicate X values, so this is a function.
Thus, the answer is: B - {4,5,6,7}; Yes
