x-0.9 = 4.5
+0.9 +0.9
x = 5.4
( to get rid of the -0.9 beside the x, u have to do the opposite operation on both sides. if its -0.9, u have to add 0.9 on both sides)

not sure about the first one.

1.5x - 1.9y = - 29 , x - 0.9 = 4.5
