2. The idea of limited government which means that the government is not all powerful and and is restricted by laws. This also means that people have certain rights that the government has to respect and protect. They cannot be violated.
3. The final one is that the government must be representative that is that serves the will of the people and not its own interests. It this their only to help and serve its people.
